2025 Father's Day Car Show Sunday 6/15/2024
Come join our 2025 Annual Father’s Day Classic Car Show Event.
This year we will be doing pre-registration for our car entries. Once the event is sold out there will be no more entries allowed. We will not be allowing any day of entries either. As this event is all organized prior to the event starting.
DATE: SUNDAY - FATHER’S DAY JUNE 15TH
TIME: 10:00AM to 3:00PM
VEHICLE ENTRY: $10.00 per vehicle entry/registration
VOTING & EVENT IS FREE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC
Entry cost is to ensure your spot and each participant will receive one draft beer (must be 21+). Each entry is committed to the event, to ensure a seamless/ well organized event. NO Refunds, NO transfer of tickets, NO changes in vehicle entry details.
Check Out: You must complete the entry form at check-out. This will set up all organization for our voting database.
Judging: Judging will be based off of “Fan Favorite” per category (Classic or Specialty). Patrons will receive tickets for (one per category) voting. There will be a voting location with a voting box per entry vehicle. Voting Boxes will be covered to ensure patrons are voting fairly.
Each participant will be given a flyer that will be placed on the front dashboard of each vehicle. This flyer directs the GP (General Public) on your vehicle entry for voting. Your entry information will also direct patrons to know your vehicle info/number at the voting location to vote.
Voting Location will be at the 21+ area and will be monitored by a staff member. Winning entries are bases off of largest number of votes in each category.
Voting Hours: 11:00am - 2:00pm
Winner will be announced at: 2:20pm
1st Place - Customized Trophy and 4 Pack of CL Beer + Tin Tacker
2nd Place - 4 Pack of CL Beer + Tin Tacker
3rd Place - 4 Pack of CL Beer
Must be 21+ to receive beer product.
Classic Car Entry:
Vintage Car: Manufactured between 1919 and 1930. Either a “survivor” or restored in conformance to the original manufacturer specifications.
Antique Car: Manufactured 1975 or earlier (>45 years old). Either a “survivor” or restored in conformance to the original manufacturer specifications.
Classic Car: Manufactured 1985 or earlier (>20 years old).
Street Rods: Manufactured before 1949. Modified from original manufacturer specifications for safe street use. Also sometimes referred to as a “Hot Rod”.
Resto-Mods: Classic Cars upgraded from original manufacturer specifications to integrate modern safety, drivability, or performance features, while maintaining the original exterior appearance to a significant extent.
Specialty Car Entry: (All car haulers or trailers will need to be parked along the Cactus Land side of the road after unloading)
Race Cars: an automobile built or modified for racing.
Mud Drags/Rock Crawler or Dragster Cars built for drag racing.
Rules and Regulations:
Load in time starts at: 10:00 AM (Gates will not open any earlier).
Cactus Land is open to the GP from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Spot location is based time of arrival.
Each Entry will be parked in a designated area.
You must bring the vehicle that you registered in.
Entries are ONLY available on our webpage.
NO outside alcohol is allowed on premise, if we spot you or your group with an ice chest of alcohol you will be asked to leave the premise. Water and sodas are allowed.
Please make sure your vehicle is drivable and is able to exit our venue at the end of the event.
Bringing folding chairs is always welcome, as we do tend to run out of seating quickly.
Please no Tents.
Intolerable behavior will not be allowed at our event, we will as you to leave the premise if we recognize any un-sportsman like conduct.
We will not allow any bartering with the GP for votes.
Voting is based off the GP favorite Vehicle. Cactus Land Brewing Co. does not have any affect on the outcome of the event. We are here to create a fun community event no matter who wins.
