Private Events

We accept a limited number of reservations up to one month in advance for parties of ten or more guests

We currently offer our venue for rentals on the 2nd and 4th weekends of the month and sometimes the 5th weekend. This is due to the brewery being open to the public on the 1st and 3rd weekends. We're giving away TWO exclusive private event rentals — and YOU could be one of the lucky winners!

Whether you're planning a birthday, shower, anniversary, or corporate event — this is your chance to host it in style.

Dates:

Friday. September 12th from 5-10pm - up to 100 guests.

Saturday, September 13th from 5-10pm - up to 100 guests.

Here’s how it works:

This opportunity is first come, first serve.

On May 14th at 12:30PM our website will go live with a dropdown opportunity for two separate individuals to claim either date for a exclusive party.

You will pay a $200 upfront as a deposit to secure your booking.

Your receipt is confirmation of your reservation for the date you selected. The amount of $200 purchased is referred to as the "deposit" amount. This amount is refunded at the exit of the event as long as our contract is honored and respected. Deposit is refunded at the conclusion of the event. This transaction is an extension of our contract that is being emailed from erica@cactuslandbrewing.com. Deposits received prior to an event are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

This giveaway is just for the private use of our venue exclusively, and is valued at $750. This does not include alcohol or n/a beverages.

Cactus Land Brewing Co. does not provide entertainment nor food service for our private events. We are simply just the backdrop for your event. You will have access to our full beer menu and two beer-tenders for your event. Outside alcohol is not allowed on our property for you or your guests. Beer/beverages are not included in with the rental.

If guest count is over 100 people, you will have to pay for private insurance that is around $150 -$200 for the duration of your event via the eventhelper.com.

Rental time in is 5:00pm and rental time out is 10:00pm. More time can be purchased if seeking.

Cactus Land is mostly exterior seating. Cactus Land has no control of weather conditions.

A rental agreement will be sent to the individuals that process the full booking with a receipt. Please allow 24-72 hours for a team member to email the full rental agreement. What’s included:

  • The exclusively use of our venue for your event.

  • Two beer-tenders for your party.

  • A diverse tap list (sours, Pilsners, Stouts, ambers and IPAs) are available for purchase. Cider on draft or other bottled Cider options are available for purchase. Wine (Red blend, White, Moscato and Blush) are also available for purchase.

  • Two exterior restrooms and one ADA interior restroom.

  • Non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

  • Covered patio area with a tv, connected stage and dance floor.

  • Large exterior seating area that is shaded with oak trees.

  • A private event sign is placed at the front gate.

  • We handle/haul off all basic trash.

  • You can bring in your own music, DJ, or entertainment. We do not provide entertainment, but can suggest local artists for your event.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Outdoor wedding ceremony with a bride, groom, and guests seated. The setting includes trees decorated with white fabric and flowers. The bride holds a bouquet, and a bridesmaid adjusts the dress. The groom and groomsmen wear vests and ties.

Our Brewery is proud to provide an extensive range of craft beer and locally-sourced wines and ciders at your event. Made with the finest hops, barley, and malt and slow brewed on-site, your guests will be spoiled for choice at the amazing beverage menu available. The Brewery is a great place to host a private event with seating for up to 375 people. We offer a variety of our house brewed beers, locally sourced wines and cider as well as non-alcoholic options.
