Hours:

The Market runs from 12-5 pm on the first Sunday of the Month that the brewery is open.

Gates open at 9:00 am on the event date for setup.

Vendors cannot set up before 9:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We welcome all crafters, artisans, bakers, and farmers at our market.

Vendors must have tangible goods to sell.

NO: Promotional or informational booths. No soliciting of business or commercial business. NO FLYERS!

Vendors with similar products may be present at the same market. Please keep this in mind before booking.

Vendors who choose to sell food on site must be pre approved. No preparation of food is allowed other than the approved food vendor Cactus Land has chosen. Food which is prepared on site will need a Wilson County Health Permit prior to your market day event, which should be submitted to Cristina@cactuslandbrewing.com. Permits can be purchased through Wilson County Health Department. Please contact the Health Department at 830-393-6225.

Vendor products that fall under the Texas Cottage Food Law must be labeled appropriately by the vendor.

The sale of firearms/weapons of any kind are prohibited at our market. Knife sales are permitted.

Vendors can only sell products that they have listed on their vendor form.

Please make sure to bring enough cash for change. We do not have an on site ATM.

We are an outdoor market and even though we treat for ants, oftentimes ants may be present in your booth. Please bring rugs or any type of ground covering for your protection.

Electrical spots are intended for the use of small electronic devices such as fans, lights, POS systems, etc. No generators are allowed.

You may play music at a low volume in your booth, but please be respectful and turn it off when the performer(s) are on stage.

If you have any comments or concerns about the market or fellow vendors, unless it is an emergency, please wait until after the market is completed to speak with the Market Day Manager.

Any unwelcome behavior will not be tolerated. If we receive complaints, the vendor(s) will not be invited back for future markets.

Outside alcohol is not allowed. Please put empty glassware in the provided containers for staff to pick up and wash.

Market Days at Cactus Land reserves the right to dismiss vendors for any reason. If a vendor has prepaid for future markets and is dismissed, Market Days at Cactus Land will not offer any type of refund.

Market Days at Cactus Land, Cactus Land Brewing Co., and all staff members are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses.

Booth Size:

10X10 space. (Please keep your tent within the marked corners located on the ground of your rented space). Straight leg canopies only.

Payment: Prices include applicable taxes/service charges.

Spot selection is reserved on our website by the vendor. Your spot could be next to a vendor with a similar product.

Please throw away all trash INCLUDING ZIP TIES and clean up your rented area.

We will be checking each space after the conclusion of the market to ensure they are cleaned up. Vendors who do not clean up their space may be charged a cleaning fee prior to being able to attend any future markets.

10x10 straight leg canopies only.

For safety reasons, a minimum of 40 lbs per leg are required on all canopies. Strong winds happen on occasion, and the safety of our other vendors and guests are top priority.

Market Days at Cactus Land, Cactus Land Brewing Co., and all staff are not liable for any damages, injuries, or loss.

Please unload your vehicle and park at the rear of the building. If you bring a trailer you will need to unload and park along the road.

Vendors must unload their vehicles in the parking lot and cart their items to your selected booth space BEFORE setting up. You CANNOT unload your vehicle in the vendor market area.

Please do not unload your vehicle in the Food Truck area, as they will be arriving shortly after the gates open to set up.

Please refrain from breaking your booth down until 4:30 pm, unless previously discussed with the market manager.

When vendors start to break down before our market closes, it discourages customers from arriving closer to the end of the market.

Please make sure you have enough help to set up and break down of your space in a timely manner.

All vendors must be packed up and exited by 6:30 pm in conclusion of the brewery closing at 5:00 pm.

Spots are assigned and will be posted on the Market Days at Cactus Land Facebook page.

You will receive emails periodically with important information, marketing opportunities, ect. leading up to the market day event.

Please email cristina@cactuslandbrewing.com to send all professional marketing photos to be added to each Market Day event on Facebook and Instagram.

Email Cristina at least 3 high quality photos for our vendor spotlight posts.

Market Days at Cactus Land reserves the rights to utilize any photos taken at our Market Day event for promotional purposes.

Market Days at Cactus Land Brewing Co. is held rain or shine, hot or cold.

Payments are non-refundable. If an event is canceled by the market manager, a credit for a 2026 date will be provided.

Please respectfully provide at least a 24 hour notice if you cannot attend your scheduled market. No refunds or make up dates will be provided for any reason.

NO CALL NO SHOWS forfeit all future booked dates and payments received.

The success of our market relies on vendor spaces being full. No call no shows impact the Market Day experience for our patrons.

When our Market is full for the month, we do have a waitlist option.

Please go to the month, select waitlist from the drop down menu, proceed to check out and enter your information.

Waitlist option is checked out at $0.00.

Waitlist vendors will be contacted in chronological order in the event of a cancellation.
