Danno Simpson 12-3PM (Anniversary Party!)

Born in Texas and raised in Georgia and Colorado, Danno Simpson is a musical product of his upbringing. Learning how to play guitar at the age of 12, Danno almost immediately began writing his own songs.

Drawing inspiration from the Songwriting legends of Texas (Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, Steve Earle) and the Bluegrass of the Appalachian and the Rocky Mountains, Simpson’s musical product is both lyrically deep and musically exciting. Often compared to the likes of modern artists such as Jason Isbell, Tyler Childers, Sturgill Simpson, and Colter Wall; Danno uses Traditional American (Roots) music to tell modern-day stories.

Since releasing his debut EP “Honest Work” in Nov of 2020, Danno has been touring relentlessly, playing hundreds of shows from Montana to Texas and all the states in-between. He is currently in the process of recording his debut album, slated to be released in May of 2022.
